The scrum master's responsibility does not end with the development team. The scrum master should also:

• Educate other teams about scrum.
• Cause changes that benefit the scrum team.
• Work with other scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of scrum within the company.

A scrum of scrums can be useful to improve the scrum masters within the company as a whole.
