Having a meeting for all of the scrum masters within a company (perhaps once a month) can help the scrum masters improve, share ideas and discuss successes and failures.

Taking this to the next logical step, scrum masters should also attend external scrum master conferences. The more discussion about agile techniques and practices that a scrum master can be part of the better!
